TinyRealms is easy to pick up - two clicks to get in, and you'll have the hang of it in a minute. Here's everything you need.
Getting Started
Open TinyRealms
Hit Play Free from anywhere on the site. The game loads right in your browser - no download, no plugins.
Create your character
New here? Choose Create a character, set your look, pick a name (up to 16 letters) and a password. Coming back? Just log in with your email.
Pick a district
Choose Thistlewood, Mossglen, or Fernhollow in Settings - a livelier or quieter copy of the realm. You'll share the world with everyone in the same one.
Land in the plaza & explore
You'll spawn in the town square. Talk to Rosie to start a quest, buy a fishing rod, or just wander off and see what you find.
Getting Around
Click
Walk thereClick any spot on the ground to stroll to it.
WASD
Move by handWalk in any direction, relative to the camera.
Shift
RunHold to break into a faster jog.
Space
HopA little cosmetic jump - just for the joy of it.
Drag
Swing the cameraClick-drag to orbit the view around you.

Camera modeCycle between camera styles.
Acting on the World

InteractTalk to folk, use a shop or station, and cast your fishing line at the pond.

AttackSwing your sword, or hold to draw the bow and release to loose an arrow.

HotbarQuick-select the tools and weapons on your bottom bar.

ChatSay something to everyone nearby - it pops up over your head.

Emote wheelHold to open, then tap 1-8 for a wave, dance, cheer, bow, and more.

Handy Tips
Collectibles pick themselves up - just walk over one.
Buy a fishing rod at the General Store (15 coins) to start fishing.
Talk to Rosie in the square to begin your first questline.
Mined pebbles + firewood become iron bars at the Forge.
Check the Bounty Board daily for three quick coin-and-XP tasks.
Rain and dusk roll through on their own - no need to wait indoors.
